All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
An order will be considered accepted once Gharwood Studio confirms the order for processing.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

10. Delivery Inspection

If the product appears damaged during transportation, please notify Gharwood Studio at gharwood.studio@gmail.com within 3-4 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs and/or videos of:

The damaged product.
Relevant product labels.
Any visible damage.
This information may be required to process a replacement, repair or other applicable resolution.
11. Assembly
Where a product is supplied in a disassembled or flat-packed condition, the customer may be required to assemble the product according to the instructions provided.
Unless specifically stated on the product page, assembly or installation is not included in the product price.
Gharwood Studio will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper tools, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the provided instructions.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation requests should be made through Email / Whatsapp / Call.
Once an order has entered production, packaging or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
13. Returns and Exchanges
All sales made through Gharwood Studio are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or any other reason after an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Customers are advised to carefully review the product description, dimensions, specifications, photographs and other information provided on the website before placing an order.
Due to the nature of our products, variations in wood grain, colour, texture, knots, minor marks and other natural characteristics are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund.
In exceptional cases where the product received is materially different from the product ordered or has significant damage attributable to transportation, customers may contact us at Email/Call/Whatsapp within 1-2 of delivery. Any assistance provided in such cases will be evaluated by Gharwood Studio on a case-by-case basis.
14. Refund Policy
All sales are final and Gharwood Studio does not offer refunds.
Once an order has been confirmed, customers are not eligible for a refund due to change of mind, personal preference, space constraints, incorrect measurements, incorrect product selection or any other reason.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, dimensions and specifications before placing an order.
In exceptional circumstances where Gharwood Studio is unable to fulfil a confirmed order, we may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate resolution to the customer.
